Our computer system " EDI " (Electronic Data Interchange) enables us to send and receive update information from our business alliances and all carriers more accurately. This system also enables us to deliver information far more efficiently to its customers. Pacific Star Express (Hong Kong) is a management-oriented company with highly trained and experienced personnel ready to work with you to find the solutions to your problem. With constant regards to our business concept of "Responsibility, Reputation, and Excellence" we continuously strive to improve our internal management. We want to ensure that all of our staff members have the qualifications to be considered excellent employees by teaching them about general and specific shipping knowledge and services. We believes such training prevents careless or harmful mistakes from being made.

MTP Course
We are highly committed to ensuring that we have a skilled and professional workforce—this is done by giving our staff extensive training on the shipping industry and customer service. Feedback from customers is also used to shape the training we give to our employees. All members of ours chief staff are required to take the MTP (Management Training Program) course. The advantageous information provided in this course made these experienced chief staff have the chance to know about the importance of management and communication. Such knowledge enables our managers to have the power to improve the working attitude and atmosphere of our staff.

TWI COURSE
We know that the most important qualities of a chief staff member are leading skills; he is able to delegate work to his co-workers effectively, can deliver excellent services to customers, and is able to solve problems with ease. In order to improve upon these and many other qualities supervisors need, they are required to take the Training Within the Industry (TWI) course. We believe that improving our staff is the best way to improve our services and continue to grow.
